RYSE Godzilla: Supplement Review
After trying many pre workouts, RYSE Godzilla, Noel Deyzel’s signature pre workout, stands out to be because of its effectiveness and versatility. With clinical dosing of all the most important ingredients in one scoop, RYSE Godzilla is one of my favorite pre workouts of all time.

Dosing
One of the reasons I love RYSE Godzilla is because of the medium amount of caffeine that comes along with full clinical doses of all the other ingredients. I am not a fan of pre workouts that contain 300+ mg of caffeine since they make me too stimulated and then crash after my workout. Unfortunately, most pre workouts require you to consume a lot of caffeine to get the adequate dosage of other ingredients like L-citrulline, beta alanine, and beta anhydrous. I typically have to use half of a scoop to cut down on the caffeine, but that leads to cutting on the other ingredients as well. RYSE Godzilla is different because in one scoop it supplies 200mg of caffeine (the perfect amount for me) while still supplying adequate doses of 3.2g of beta alanine, 4.5g of L-citrulline and so on. Additionally, for those of you who love high stim pre workout, RYSE Godzilla is safe to take two scoops of and supply 400mg of caffeine along with higher doses of the other ingredients.

Taste and Mixability
RYSE offers the Godzilla pre workout in six flavors. I am on my third tub of RYSE Godzilla and have tried blue raspberry, blackberry lemonade, and am currently using strawberry kiwi. I have enjoyed all of these flavors with blackberry lemonade easily being my favorite. The other three flavors offered are green apple, passion pineapple, and Godzilla monsterberry lime all of which I’m sure are solid flavors. In terms of mixability, the RYSE Godzilla has been a hit or miss for me. I will typically end up with some grainy, undissolved pre workout at the bottom of my shaker. This can be annoying but does not turn me off since there are only a few small pieces each time. I use a shaker bottle to mix my pre workout and have never tried a frother or blender, but I would assume those would do a better job at mixing.

Over 2500 of those reviews are a 5 star rating. On Amazon, it has an average rating of 4.3 stars based on over 2100 reviews with over 1400 of those being a 5 star rating. Some customers on Amazon have said they did not like the flavor or did not get an energy boost from it. Overall, RYSE Godzilla is highly praised for its ability to provide effective and quality ingredients that boost energy, endurance, and focus.
Personal Experience
I am obviously a big fan of this pre workout. As I said earlier, I am on my third tub in a row now, proving that it does the job for me. On daily basis, the RYSE Godzilla pre workout boosts my focus, endurance, and energy in order to help me have a great workout. Due to the balanced dosing, I never feel a caffeine crash using this like I have with other high stim pre workouts. One thing I must warn you of in the beta alanine content. You will definitely feel the tingles with the amount of beta alanine, even with one scoop. If you are someone who does not love that feeling, this pre workout might not be for you.
